Does it take a long time?
A full face takes a few minutes. A little design on the cheek is even quicker.
Can I choose my own design?
Yes. You pick the design you like.
How do I wash it off?
Gently, with mild soap and warm water. No scrubbing.
Can grown-ups get painted too?
Yes. Parents, aunties and older brothers and sisters can join in.

Paints, skin & hygiene
What if my child has sensitive skin?
Sensitive skin? Tell us first. We can’t promise any paint suits every child, so mention allergies when you enquire.
What paints do you use?
Ask us when you enquire and we will tell you what we plan to use at your event, so you can check it against your child’s needs.
How does face paint come off afterwards?
Ask us which paints we are using and how to remove them. As a general rule, wash gently with mild soap and warm water, and do not scrub.
Is there a minimum age for face painting?
Tell us your child’s age when you enquire. For toddlers, a small design on the arm or hand is usually easier than a full face, and we can suggest what suits.
Do you use eco-friendly glitter?

How do you keep brushes and sponges clean?
It is a fair question for any face painter. Ask us before you book and we will go through it with you.
Logistics & planning
How long does one face take to paint?
A full face takes a few minutes. Simple cheek art is quicker, which is why we estimate 10–15 faces per artist per hour, depending on the designs.
How many kids can be painted per hour?
Roughly 10–15 full faces per artist per hour, and more for quick cheek designs. Treat it as an estimate: the designs you choose change the number.
How many artists do I need for my event?
It depends on your guest count and event length. The pricing page has worked examples, from one artist for a small party up to five for a large festival.
Is there a minimum booking?
Our smallest package is one hour. For anything shorter, call 0908 980 603 and ask.
Can an artist stay longer if the party runs over?
Often, yes. Ask on the day or mention it when you book so we can plan the artist’s schedule. Extra time may add to the cost.
Does setup time count towards the booked hours?
Agree it with us when you book: tell us when you want painting to start and we will confirm the arrival time.
What do we need to prepare before the artist arrives?
A table, two chairs and some shade if the event is outdoors. Our artists bring the paints and supplies.
What time will the artist arrive?
We confirm the arrival time with you when you book, based on when you want painting to start.
Pricing & booking
How much does face painting cost?
One hour is 500,000₫ and our two-hour package is 900,000₫. Longer bookings and multi-artist events are negotiable, so ask for a custom quote.
Do you require a deposit?
Contact Khánh Hạ on 0908 980 603 to discuss the deposit and payment process for your event.
Do you charge travel fees outside Ho Chi Minh City?
We accept events anywhere in Vietnam. Travel outside District 2 and District 7 is quoted per event based on distance.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially for weekends, holidays and festival dates. If your date is close, message us anyway and we will tell you what is possible.
Can I hold a date before confirming everything?
Dates are booked in the order they are confirmed. If you need to hold a date while you finalise details, call or message 0908 980 603 as soon as you can.
What if I need to change my budget or scope?
Team size, hours and add-ons (circus, magic, bubbles) can be adjusted. Tell us your budget and we will suggest a package that fits.
What happens in bad weather?
For outdoor events, have an indoor or covered backup spot. Message us early if the forecast looks uncertain so we can plan together.

Do you do corporate events and festivals?
Yes. Family days, school fairs, brand activations and festivals, with teams of up to five artists.
Can adults get painted too?
Yes. Festival looks, themed art and arm painting are available for adults at company events and parties.
Do you paint arms and hands, not just faces?
Yes. Arm and hand art is available alongside face designs, and the two-hour package leaves more room for it.
Can you do costume or Halloween-style makeup?
We can discuss costume and Halloween-style looks for your event. Contact 0908 980 603 with your theme so we can confirm what is possible.
Can we request custom designs?
Yes. Tell us your theme (a birthday character, a brand mascot, a festival motif) in advance and our artists will prepare for it.
