School event questions
What if a student has sensitive skin?
Please share known sensitivities before booking so we can talk through what we plan to use. We can’t promise any paint will suit every student.
How many artists do we need for our school fair?
As a rough guide, one artist paints 10–15 faces an hour, depending on the designs. Tell us the student count and the length of your fair and we’ll suggest a team of up to 5 artists.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Our smallest package is one hour. For a full grade level or a whole-school fair, two hours or more gives the station more room, so tell us your student count and we will advise.
Can the artists set up before the fair opens?
Tell us when you want painting to start. We’ll agree an arrival time with you so the station is ready for that moment.
Can you match a specific event theme?
Yes. Let us know your fair’s theme (sports day, cultural day, international day) and we’ll bring a design list to match.
Do you take bookings from international schools in Thao Dien or Phu My Hung?
Yes, in both areas. We can coordinate directly with school staff in English or Vietnamese.
