Kids birthday party in Thao Dien, District 2
If you would rather book a painter: from 500,000₫ an hour.

A kids birthday party in Thao Dien, District 2 often has friends who speak Vietnamese, English or both, and parents who do too. Besides the seating and the cake, you need a way for every family to understand the time, the activities and what will happen. This guide starts from the guest group and ends with a two-hour schedule.
A party for a bilingual group of friends
When children do not share a language, activities built on pictures, music and gestures are easier than ones that need explaining. Dancing to music, statues and blowing bubbles need few words. If a game needs instructions, ask two adults, one for each language, to stand together and say one short rule at the same time.
Face painting is easier because children pick a design by pointing at a picture. They can choose before you book, and on the day just point. Our website has an English version, so English-speaking parents can read the prices and message us about a date themselves. We can talk with children and parents in English or Vietnamese, whichever the event needs, and children can also just point to a picture.

Home, function room or a hired place
Choose the space to suit your guest list:
- Home: you control the space and the timing, which suits a modest group of families who already know each other
- Apartment function room: more space for parents to sit and talk, which suits guests from many families. Ask management about hours and rules rather than guessing
- A hired place: write down everything you agree, including entry and exit times and whether an outside entertainer may come in
Invitations and what to tell parents
You can make a birthday invitation with your child's face: pick a face, type the name, date and place, and send it on Zalo. The invitation is drawn on your own device.
Whether on that card or in a plain message, state the date, the start and end times, the place, whether parents stay or collect later, a reply date, and a note that there will be face painting so parents can tell you about sensitive skin. Here is a two-language message you can edit:
"Mời bạn đến sinh nhật của [tên bé] vào [ngày], từ [giờ bắt đầu] đến [giờ kết thúc], tại [nơi tổ chức]. Sẽ có họa sĩ vẽ mặt, xin báo trước nếu bé có da nhạy cảm."
"Join us for [child's name]'s birthday on [date], from [start time] to [end time], at [place]. There will be face painting, so please let us know in advance if your child has sensitive skin."
