A Christmas party for kids in Ho Chi Minh City runs smoothly when you settle the guest list first and then give two hours a clear running order. Our estimate is that one artist paints about 10 to 15 faces an hour, depending on the design. That gives you a quick way to plan:
- 15 children with one artist: roughly 1 to 1.5 hours.
- A large party with a full team of 5 artists: roughly 100 to 150 faces in 2 hours.

A running order for two hours
Two hours matches our 900,000₫ booking. Here is one way to use the time:
1. Welcome. The face painting table opens as soon as the first children arrive, so early arrivals have something to do. 2. First stretch. Painting runs in its corner while the rest of the room works on a simple craft, such as paper snowflakes or colouring cards. 3. Middle. A round of games and a snack break, both organised by you. 4. Santa. Plan his entrance for later in the party, so the children who have already been painted are in the photos. 5. Close. Last photos and goodbyes.

Activities that fit a warm December
December in Saigon is warm, so the cold weather classics need a rethink. Keep costumes light and, if you can, pick an air conditioned room or a shaded area. Some ideas you can run without special equipment:
- Paper snowflakes and decorated cards at a craft table
- A hunt for hidden paper stars around the room

A face painting table with Christmas designs
Put the table near the entrance, with space for a short queue. We need a table, two chairs and a shaded spot if the party is outside. If it rains, we move indoors.
