Face painting for brand activation: ideas for organisers
If you would rather book a painter: from 500,000₫ an hour.

Face painting for brand activation can give families something to do while they visit your event. This guide covers how to use a painting table at a store opening, a shopping centre or a product launch, what to ask about brand colours, where to put the table and how many artists to plan for. We cannot promise any result for your event, but a clear plan makes the table easier to run.
What a painting table does for a brand event
A child sitting in the chair stays in one place while being painted, and a parent may wait close by. That gives your team a natural moment to say hello, hand over a flyer or point to the next thing on your stand.
A painting table suits events where families are your audience: a store opening, a weekend at a shopping centre, a product launch or a company family day. See our corporate events page for how we work with companies.
Designs in brand colours: what to ask
Painting in your brand colours is something to ask about before you book, not something to assume. We do not promise that every colour or shade can be matched, so send references early and ask what is possible. Useful questions:
- Which of our colours can be used in the designs?
- Can each design carry a touch of our colours, such as a star, a stripe or a swirl, while the child still picks the subject?
Keep a few small designs on the menu, for example a red heart on the forehead, so the queue keeps moving. Children can choose a design before you book, so a short menu agreed in advance is easy to run.

Where to place the table
The setup is simple: 1 table, 2 chairs, and a shaded spot if the event is outdoors. If it rains, we move indoors. The rest is placement:
- Put the table near your stand so the queue passes your team, but leave room so the line does not block a walkway.
- In a shopping centre or any managed venue, ask the venue directly about space, noise and rules before you plan the layout.
Sizing the team from expected visitors
Use this estimate: each artist paints about 10 to 15 faces an hour, depending on the design. Treat it as a planning figure. Count the children you expect to paint, not every visitor, because not everyone will want a design.
The formula is: children to paint ÷ (10 to 15) ÷ hours = artists. If you expect 60 children to be painted over 2 hours, that gives 2 to 3 artists. A large event can have up to 5 artists, and five artists in two hours can paint roughly 100 to 150 faces. Our article on how many face painters your event needs goes through more examples. Prices are 500,000₫ for 1 hour and 900,000₫ for 2 hours, and several artists or a longer booking are quoted for your event. See the pricing page.

What to send for a quote
Send your request through our business page, or message us on Zalo or call 0908 980 603. We communicate in English or Vietnamese. It helps to include:
- The date, start time and number of hours
- The venue or area, and whether it is indoors or outdoors
- How many children you expect to paint, and how many artists you are considering
- Whether you want an extra act: circus and magic from our partner team at 800,000₫ per hour, or a bubble show from a partner team, whose price you can ask us for
